Velké Přílepy is a municipality in the Praha-západ District, about 12 kilometres north-west of central Prague. In 2025, it had approximately 3,600 residents.

Velké Přílepy was first mentioned in writing in 1228 as property of the chapter of St Vitus. The municipality has no parish church of its own. The Chapel of the Virgin Mary dates from 1725. The Neo-Romanesque Chapel of St Gothard, built in 1880, stands on the route to Noutonice and Okoř.
